How to cancel an order

You can cancel an order if the order is not shipped.

You can find the "cancel" button at the bottom of the order detail page.

Collect at 7-11

Steps for Collect at 7-11 are as follows:

1.	Select a 7-11 during the check out and place the order
2.	Make the payment (7-11 does not provide Cash on Delivery service)
3.	Wanta processes the order* according to the "Order Cut Off Time"
4.	When the package arrives at 7-11, a SMS containing "Collection Password"** will be sent to your cell phone
5.	Proceed to the 7-11, show the "Collection Password" to collect the package
6.	Customer MUST collect the package in 3 days counting from the day of receiving the SMS

Remarks :

* some products may be too large for using this service, Wanta will contact you directly with this stituation

** the SMS is only avaibale in Chinese only

Overseas delivery options and costs

Wanta.net provides "Registered Air Mail" and "EMS Express" for overseas customers. Delivery will be arranged by customer's local post office.

Customers are responsible for the following terms:

- Customers are responsible for customs duty and import tax
- Customers are responsible for the legality of the items
- Customers are at their own risk if the items are hold or confiscated by the customs

Wanta.net is not responsible for any of the above issues and we would not make any refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

Given the nature of our products, We cannot do satisfaction returns.

For any defective products you have purchased, we provide 7 days warranty to exchange for the same item. The warranty start from the purchase day.

Please bring your sales receipt for an exchange in store directly

or

Contact us to request for sending back the items to our office for an exchange.

Under these circumstances, we are unable to do any exchange:

- Any human damage

- For any personal reasons,such as:
1. Wrong size or color
2. Unable to suit your needs

- For hygienic concerns, We dont offer exchange policy on Lingerie.

Wanta reserves the right of final decisions in case of disputes

Terms :

Points scheme

Customers are rewarded with Points automatically for any purchase made. Points can be used for cash discount.

1. Customers get 1 Point for every each dollar paid on purchase

2. Applies to product only, shipping and service fee are not counted

3. 20 Points equals to HK$1

4. Points are used in 20 units basis
